REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized products (such as bespoke jewelry, engravings, or special orders)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging—and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@giberg.com.
Quality control and partial refunds
All returned products undergo a strict quality control inspection. If the returned item meets our standards, a full refund will be issued. If not—for example, if the product shows signs of wear or is missing components—Giberg AG may refuse the return or partially refund the purchase price. In cases of refusal, the jewelry will be returned to the customer.
